your sim card is probably fried and so is the circuit board also. call them and say it was stolen, if you tell them you dropped it in water they might not replace it.

take the phone to your server and have them replace it.....you know they will refurbish that phone to someone else .....hehehe. Just let me know what phone server it is

Never report a phone stolen even if it was. If you do you will have to go and file a stolen property report at the police station.
