And, try using hot water in your tanks.  I usually doesn't stay hot for the entire job, but it helps ALOT, especially the hands.  I know what you mean TTC!

In the shop I have heat but mobile I don't always so I use this :

Hideous color but ya think I care??? It's from Old Navy but I found it at Goodwill. Works great and fits a quart spray bottle. It's insulated with foil looking stuff on the inside. Has a zippered pocket and a netted pouch for storage. It even had a shoulder strap.
