Holy tough film Batman!

If you've installed Huper before, you will know that the liner is never on the same side. Even if it is the same series of film, the liner can be on the outside on a 36" roll and the inside on a 60". I think someone over in Germany likes to mess around because you never know what side it is going to be on from one roll to the next. So it is easy to get it mixed up if you have been working with several rolls all day no matter how experienced you are...

All the Huper we have, has the HUPER logo on the liner. Its kind of hard to not know where the liner is.

Yes, Huper puts their logo on the liner now but that doesn't make human error foolproof and you can still find the liner on the inside or on the outside on any given roll. There was a time when that logo was not stamped on the liner...

hey climber have you ever had that stamp seem like it went through the liner and had a black mark on the film after you apply it, but you usually can rub it off but theres been times where it wouldnt come off.

Yep, it was happening a lot for a while and then they changed their ink so newer rolls should be fine. Most rub off with a paper towel but for the the real stubborn ones I used a dab of rubbing alcohol.

Hmm, I've never seen it bleed into the adheasive but always wondered about that. Interesting experience. Most of the time the ink just transfers over to the SR coating when you reverse roll and install.
