question for shop owners

I found a nice shop, in same complex we used to be about almost 10 years ago, except one unit over, it used to be a ferrari, porsche, lamborghini shop, its top notch, and it has this custom paint job all around, its a got a weird fancy carpet design, to bad I dont have pictures, its neat. its about 3200 sq ft. just wish rent in my area wasnt so damn expensive!

its a nice spot for sure, the thing is we moved back here were we are now, about 3 yrs ago now, it would really suck if we moved again but our current lease isnt over til march 31 of next year, so it would be more than enough time to let people know that we are moving again
