Those soft drinks will do it for sure. I was addicted to Cokes. Just cut those out and quit frying stuff and lost weight without even trying too. I still have a coke once in a while but not 3 or 4 a day like I did. There are always some in the fridge and if I get a wild hair and want one in the middle of the night.... there'd better be one in there.
