yellow pages

When I travel out of town, I get to the hotel and grab the yellow pages. I always like to check out other peoples adds, and see how any shops are in the area. Ive even visited a few in the past.

Just wandering if anyone else checks yellow page adds when the travel. My wife says im strange for doing this, is it just me?

I went to the library and looked at a bunch....they have all the yellow pages.

Agreed...

I don't go away all that often, but when I do I generally look thru and see if there are any ads. But my main vacations are usually ski related, so I don't find many.

Of course, the real question is if you find any, will you stop and visit them?? That I did do last summer when I went to Maui..
