So sorry I walk my fence several times a week. That is the one thing I cannot figure out about a dog, what do they think is on the other side of that fence that makes them want to get out!

My dogs have gotten out 3 times and luckily we live at the end of a cul-de-sac so cars do not come up and down the street, one of my worst fears was them getting hit by a car sorry about the loss of your family member,,,,,
