Has anyone run into any problems cutting the new lulu ppf on a plotter? I am using a graphtec and it seems when I cut a pattern 90 inches plus it bunches up every time. Any advice? :eyebrows

When the film gets close to the edges I like to gently pull on the film so there is a little tension. It tends to keep the film from bunching up and the cuts end up cleaner.

Thats what ive been doing and I have tried actually putting some muscle into it but it still bunches up on these long patterns

You may have the blade too deep then. I use 60 degree blades for ppf and though this problem comes up I don't have many problems with it.
