You have to take it easy with that shoulder, it can take up to a year or more to fully recover. If you keep puting alot of pressure on it it will take a long time to heel. :trustme

He's past that.

Had he done a few cycles back in the day and worked out his cuffs they'd be strong enough to not be injured! =)

I actually do L-flies to strengthen my rotator cuffs. They're pretty small and weak (relatively speaking) muscle group. Over using them can hurt them, but them being over powered by other muscles is also another problem.

ironly enough I actually tool the afternoon off cause there wanst any appointments and my shoulder has been killing me all day..I couldnt eve pick up my big gulp with my right arm,,anywho...nice to know I am no the only one suffering the affect of long term tinting...

lol that should be a new forum section...haha
