one year, two yrs, 3 yrs??....Im thinking everyones learning curve is diferent.

But with 21,200 post and (7whole years) exp?.....ummm, when you you have time to "still learn" to tint ?

to me experience is shown in your work

but if i were to have to put a number of years on it id agree on the 3yrs full time. but i wouldnt hire anybody off just that
