What's Wrong with this Window??

i did an estimate for a salon today and while i was measuring the windows, i noticed this. what the heck caused it? you can't feel anything on either side. its just single pane glass annealed, i'm pretty sure.

Definately the adhesive of the lanimated layers releasing. This happens either from excessive heat or uneven expansion of the two layers of glass. Just remember, many manufacturers will cover no warranty for film on laminated glass. And film can cause issues to come out due to more heat absorbtion. Be careful................

so what would you guys do if you saw this while doing an estimate?

its only on this one window but in two different spots. my concious tells me that tinting it would be a bad idea. what do ya'll say?

If I hear back from them, I will talk to them about it, but it sounds like their landlord probably won't wanna approve it. Which is stupid...but we won't get into that.

The only other option would be an exterior film(if reflective enough). This will reduce the amount of absorbed heat
