The most hacked PPF job I've seen

Recommended Posts

I have a customer who had a Clear bra installed on their 2011 Ford mustang at a local tint shop in town and he told me that the installer said this is the best he could do after re-installing the Clear bra for the second time. After seeing the car for myself I thought I would share these photos with you guys, I thought I have seen the worst installs but this has to be the worst. It looked like the installer just put a puzzle together with PPF and lots of overlapping/uneven cuts with the film but I ended up removing and re-installing the Clear bra with XPEL'S Ultimate film.

Can't see a difference...? :dunno

Just kidding! Looks good.

I'll have to post up pics of the hack job I removed yesterday. Lots of cuts in the paint unfortunately. I'm amazed that this mustang doesn't have cuts in the paint, or did it?

Looks like the guy who did it guesstimated the cuts and didn't cut on the car from what I can see.
