you may want to look into one of these types of units. http://www.port-a-cool.com/ I have experienced them in use several times and they do a great job!

Port a cools help but once it hits 95+ it just blows hot air around too. At 85 it feels like AC

gatorade in and swet out. It's a never ending cycle for me all summer long. I have considered putting in an exuast fan in the shop, but not sure if it would help?

I dont care about being hot just dont like sweating through my clothes. the other part of my job is sitting at a desk. its the working in a hot garage that gets me.

I keep drinking lots of water, thats how lol. But yeah, I know the feeling. What I did was, I bought garage door insolation pads from LOWE's and it seems to be helping a little.

you can always just suck it up and wait for winter. But if you work hard enough. You will sweat even when it's cold outside.

my bay door is insulated, it might be helping keep the heat in. I also drink alot of water. I live in maine so the winters are cold and the summers are humid and sweaty. I think im going to invest in a large air conditioner.

make sure they place your duck work away from where you transfer your film to the window. Change your filters often, and you will make your shop much better.

also spoiled with ac in my shop, it's warm still get it to about 80 when it's over 100 outside, but it runs all day ....
