Making the Sale on the Phone

Recommended Posts

Another thing that I like to do is go through the different packages we carry and let them know why the other shops in town only give one price and only carry one line of tint, even though it takes more time its worth it. Always try to get the customer to come to your shop, one thing I tell them is that I can show them with a heat box the difference in films and if they want i'll even break out the film from another shop and show them the difference there.

Very good advice! I also like to target the customers needs. Sometimes you can ask why they want window tint and then give them all the positives of their needs.  If they want heat rejection, tell them that the annoying sun that hits your face during the summer will no longer be felt with our high performance bla bla bla. If they want privacy tell them it's illegal, but can be done ;) FIND WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.
