I bought this plotter brand new, I have big hope that this will help me out a lot with tinting cars.

Now the problem is how do I set up the blade, how much blade should show, and what should be the cutting pressure for 1.5 mil 2 ply 5% 15% 20% 35% and 50%.

I noticed that some tint esp the lighter ones cut easy but the darker ones doesn't. Please advise.

Like any material on a plotter, you will have to play with it a bit. You need to have a low angle blade too, probably different than what the plotter came with. If you can take the blade holder out of the plotter, and try to cut circles in a piece of tint. You can adjust the blade height until you cut the circle without it catching, but also without it cutting through the liner.
