Once had a car come back at a shop I was at after puttin 38% on it... Factory tinted glass put it just below legal still came back from act for r&r.

True about the laws, A smaller state is easer to police. Any car coming in from another state that is  changing rego  needs to have a ID check and the only place that does the checking is the RTA here, so nothing gets through that is too dark
