2015 gti

Just did a gti 2015 pretty much a pian in the azz.it has these little windows in the front that you can't get to. Does anyone know if you can take out the plastics pieces to get to the window? I got it done but was hoping on some input.thanks G.B.T

The Porsche cars seem to have them too. Bigger window than the opening. Just clean and clean and clean. I would barely overlap it. Porsche Panamera, Cayenne, & Macan have it. Comes out fine, but puts up a fight. I use a blue Tri Edge to press the water out and to clean the edges.

I think that's the one where you have to fold the film then open it back up once in position. Way harder than the Forte, because you can still put those on flat. I really hate these little tiny friggin' windows!

It's 1/2-1/3 the size on the inside as the outside.  I think the only way to get it clean is to disassemble, unless you have dainty hands.  I have XL hands, that shit don't work.

What the hell is up with so many car's getting these ridiculous little exta windows anyway... they do nothing for blind spots.

 

Must be some designer somewhere that gots himself a bubbly tints job before and is now seeking his revenge on everyone.
