help removing this baked on tint please

Besides even if you did have to scrape a little bit at the defrost line with a blade, youd have to scrape off a TON of it to actually harm it

Wait, so are you guys doing a mobile service?

Once the film starts to separate you're basically screwed unless you stop and pull film from a different angle. Lucky for me if we get stuck in this situation I can just pull the back glass out which makes stripping the film much easier. In your case not really sure what to tell ya.

Get a big piece of misc film... Shrink, cut, install .... Set out in sun for a couple hours... Then bag and strip the whole lot of it... The new film will bond to the old layer still stuck on the glass...
