"Foggy" spots, Untinted window

I just went outside to take a picture of my car when I noticed this:
There are "foggy" spots evenly on the entire rear window.

The car is untinted and original glass.
Tried scrubbing a few spots away with my finger, tried both inside and outside (They are hard to see at different angles, not sure which side they are on) but it didn't come off.
(Car is a BMW 1-series -09)

What is this?
I've never seen them before today, and my GF had the car washed at a carwash a few days ago, could that have something to do with it?

The spots can be seen behind the seats in the picure, but are across the entire window:

Does it not show win out of the sun?

It does. The picture was taken when it was cloudy/no direct sun on the car and not very hot outside.

Those are marks left from the tempering process. Really stand out with polarized glasses.

...So, there is nothing to do about them then?
When I tint this window, will the spots still be seen? Worse? less? (at 15-20% VLT)

Also, how come they haven't shown up until now?

Take a single edge razor and see if they will scrape off, it looks like paint specks from somewhere.

I don't think that's what it is, they're too evenly spread out and I can't feel them with my fingers.
Will try it anyways!
