That's cool,,, but dangerous  IMO.   That is a scratched windshield waiting to happen.   By using a tool with the knife, you will lose the feel of proper pressure.  I NEVER cut on the vehicle anyway, so this won't work.  

 

But not a bad idea  :thumb

Plastic tab under knife tip and it would be golden.

Good luck getting anything from that Ebay link.  Ordered one back in Dec 7 2015, still no tool and no response from the seller.  Item is on a dispute now, and I will leave him a nice NEGATIVE review.
