Like everyone else says, have them pulled out and 1 piece them to get a clean install or leave em in and 2 piece with a vertical splice straight down the guts - contamination thrown in free of charge.

I pass on these nowadays, too much better work out there than to waste time on these, unless the custy wants to pay what they are really worth of course.

I was suprised how clean it was. No caked on dirt on any of the seals. I dont have a glass guy, but maybe I'll try pulling them. Thanks everyone for helping out!

2 man job pulling them to be safe. 1 on the inside pushing them out, 1 man outside catching them.

The same putting them back in, lube up the rubber gasket to make it easier and use your rope to pull them in
