Now how do I tell a customer that? I know it was a pattern to start with and don't really blame the installer. I'd be pissed about that add on crap too . Without actually having it in front of me it's hard to say for sure but I'd be looking at bulking it and seeing how far I could get with the initial stretch and a stronger (~25%) alcohol solution.
