19 Ram changes

No more felt to tape for one.  I usually bottom load these, but its an easy tuck. The long side doesnt stick out, just the small one slightly. I bottom loaded it just to see how the seal came out. Remove 10mm bolt behind handle. Be careful with the cover. It has 4 contacts and the bottom one to the rear of the vehicle is a clip. I broke the clip on the first one,  no biggie it still went back on. Also, no more stretching panel back to get the seal in and out. Just pulls straight back like a nissan.

Not all 19 rams changed, just the 1500. Have you seen the limited 1500? About $100k truck, its pretty sick.

I've done a handful of these so far, Limited's at that. They are very nice trucks.

 

I am a bottom loader personally and don't mind these trucks at all. I don't even bother with the bolt. I pop that back edge of the panel and sneak the sweep out. Then slip up the bottom of it to slide it back in.
