The models with laminated roll ups are way sharper on the edges. I learned to take the whole panel off. I'll see if I can get it out just pulling the top back, I have one tomorrow. :shock

Ok, I understand.

If you want to try it, I'll try to explain.

Roll the window down, start lightly pulling the panel back starting at the front of the door moving towards the rear of car, all there is is one push clip that will pop out just above the srs tag. then, just take a hook tool and pull up the gasket starting from the back of the door, be careful not to bend it. And for replacing, after the tint is applied, and dried for a couple of minutes, roll the glass down all the way and carefully put back the felted gasket and return the door panel back to its position, and roll up the glass.

I think this is faster and easier, for the first couple of years that the new benz came out I was pulling the pannels, until I learned this new technique.
