Haven't worn my wedding band since shortly after the honey moon. Material handling and other activities marked it up in a manner that was unacceptable to me.
These qualo rings look like an interesting alternative and no biggie if lost!!
IS this one yours????

Call it stupid tax and leave the replacement at home under a floorboard

If you been married a while not that big a deal.
During a ceremony on the beach ....that's just sad
Borrow a metal detector before someone else snags it.

Yes, how much to tint xxxvehicle??
Price given.
Ok hold on ( and proceeds to turn and tell someone nearby) ..... This goes on and on after a few more questions.
Now, I'm thinking,, I can hear the other person, and every time you turn and tell this person something, they respond and you tell me the answer.
WTF is going on?? Are you the only person in the world that understands this other mystery person in the room with you? Can they not hold a phone or something? Because from the little bit I can hear, they sound plenty capable of holding this conversation themselves. :ugh
My bet is that the caller needed the person with the cash to approve the deal

My little grand cousin Brayden has not been around too long. Not even a year old . He had been having constant seizures for over 2 months straight . The docs say he is only the second known case in the world with his condition.
Last night he was flown to Sick Kids Hospital after being home just a short time.
This page hasn't been updated but tells the story :
https://www.gofundme.com/d4rtuarx
If you cannot help through GFM please go eat a Happy Meal to help the Ronald McDonald house.
While Brayden was at the hospital for 9 weeks the last time it was the family's home away from home.
Thanks

Was a few years ago....
I was in a mall in a closed up shop slappin up a nice 58" x 102" slab of Dusted Crystal and the area immediately in front of me is surrounded by black curtains and racks of different clothes.....on the further side of the curtains is .......
a stage
SUDDENLY a dozen or more ( I lost track REAL fast) beautiful 18- 22 year old females burst through the curtain and start tossin their clothes off... ALL of their clothes ........
Damn near fell off my ladder .
Yes they saw me and some waved. Others leaned on the glass......... while they put on new clothes...... bent over to put on shoes and socks etc
Was the slowest install I've EVER done.
Scheduler received an assortment of cold beverages in thanks :thumb
Gotta say it was the best install day EVAR

One of our sales team has taken a
F orced
I mmediate
R etroactive
E ternal
D ay to reflect on their poor performance.
Over a week ago I was called upon to quickly write up one of their orders to appease a very unpleased regular client so the project could get scheduled.
I did and it was passed up the chain and it vapourized.
Calls today "Why haven't you been in to install the film yet"
Advice for anyone dealing with paper orders . SCAN EVERYTHING
And save to a project file.
Paper may still vapourize but at least you won't go mental KNOWING you did something but have absolutely no proof.

I get calls Daily " I want a quote for --- film I read about online......I've decided it will do the job"
My paraphrase but why do they ALWAYS seem to pick a film that won't be the true best solution for their issue.
-
See that's the trouble . The supplier cut film from a "master roll " to supply our requested order . Just like public school "No take backs".
I was told that 3 different suppliers were called and only the one had stock.
We don't use the film often. It will get used eventually. Locking bucks up in inventory unnecessarily is a real pisser.

My head is still spinnin

Tuesday Custy wants to buy 6' of a 48" wide graphic film...... OK here is the price . Oh and its ALL we have in stock and it is the end of roll. She Places order.

Hey did you know you can make your own bullets and make it appear that one film is much better than another......
Yes there are @$$H0!3s out there that will go to great lengths for a sale
-
Contact your favorite manufacturer. They should provide any documentation they have.
As stated before ....If they don't make a claim you should not either!
Years ago I had a contractor at a project in a parole office try to have me tell his custy that the film was bullet PROOF.
UMMMM NOPE!!!
-
Be vewy vewy cawelful when encouraging a sale on "bullet resistance".
If you make a statement to a custy that your manufacturer has not made you are askin for a world of hurt if some dumbass HEARD bullet proof and stands behind film and sticks his tongue out a gun totin tool.

Surprised 44Tools or Interwest doesn't sell it.
the rope not the female products
-
An assortment of absorbent material in convenient applicator tubes can be found in the ladies aisle at your local supermarket if you cannot source rope.

Are you piping in water from Flint? Are there friken frakers in your area?
I haven't had fouled water in my sprayers yet.
My gallon sprayers half full and been sitting for a month or so...maybe I should go sniff it. Call 91 and get ready for the last1

"And do you usually need to adjust the blade when cutting different brands of tint if the thickness is different between the two brands?"
Looks like you need to read up on plotters some more
Do you cut 3/4's the way through film when you hand cut or all the way through?
-
Don't limit yourself to "tint" . Cut graphics can be very lucrative.
Signs101 is a great resource.
Our shop has Summa and Allen Plotters and HP printers.
Get something that will accommodate at minimum 60" film .
I'm not the guy that plays with them so I could not say this or that is "better"
-
He said it looked like a Breeze. I don't think they look alike at all!!
Could we get a "thoughts and prayers" thread goin

There was an update last night on Brayden:
"Brayden has POLG Alpers-huttenlocher syndrome. No treatment and no cure. He is terminal. He has good days and bad days. Today was a little better than yesterday but still not good. He is so tired and weak. His blood work was better than a few days ago, but he seems weaker. He has had an on and off fever for a few days and so far no known reason. "
The family is thankful for the support they are getting in all ways .They know the future is an unknown as far as how long they get to enjoy their time with Brayden.
Going through this is making strong people stronger and through this they will be able to help others get through their tough time too.
