I lost track . The fun part of cut graphic work and businesses buying and selling each other up sizing down sizing
I 've done tons of windows multiple times
-
You did not say the compass orientation of the glass. Certain light physics situations can make white film "glow" . We have an east facing pair of front windows on our shop with many "white" films on them. Some light conditions make them all look identical .Other situations encourage the "glow" phenomenon due to the way the different films refract or disperse the light.
When my cheap @$$ decides on a new free photo host I'll get some photos up.

Its been said in other threads. Document condition of vehicle with good photos BEFORE you touch it . Shuts this type of custy down immediately . And if you mess $4!T up with over spray on other glass or trim clean it FFS.
You may not be a detailer but attention to "little" details like that go a long way.

To be clear 95 +% of my work has been graphic film installations Not solar or security.Frosted ,Dusted colours ,Fasara Solyx what have you. I used to use one - two drops per pint of Dawn years ago . Now Green Tint Slime as needed for the job.
-
On a side note . Film removal will be reeeeeeaaaaaalllllyyyyy easy
-
I'm sure many of you have heard of the issue . Its come up again. In the last paragraph tint is recommended to keep glass together!!
-
Note to self. Leather looks nice . When buying a vehicle be sure that its ALL plastic embossed to look like leather!!!
-
Re looking at the photos I'm wondering if the adhesive holding the leather is water based . It definitely does not take kindly to too much water .
-
I'm on the Dash got wet . Leather inserts didn't like being wet
Its been stated in other threads TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS EVERY TIME

Good to see TA finally had a slow day and time to post

Used Carbon 35. NEED HELP! This is the 2nd of 2 tractors I did for the city. They didn't show me this one when I quoted them. It has an articulating mower on the other side and POLYCARB windows on the other side!!! I understand Madico no longer makes Blister Free. Any other suggestions? I read someone on here uses PPF as a base.... What about Anti-graffiti as base or possibly AeroGard from MMM or Lamin-X headlight film so IF/WHEN it blisters it can be pulled off with "no" residual adhesive and start over????
Yes using a "barrier " film to allow the expected outgassing is par for the course !

Today's other "California" caller says his AG film is bubbling and he would like us to come help remove it......
Do these people even look where they are calling???
Did Google place us at the top of searches in Cali today ???? HMMMM

I gotta love people that use googlefu and call us from places like "California "and say they were looking at our site and want a quote for their car......
Ummmm ZERO photos of vehicles on our site as the subject of a film project. We only do Architectural films. Any tinted vehicles you may see are in the periphery of some building shots

Without a Youtube linky it didn't happen

Our shop sticks with flat glass . Nothing illegal here :lol

On Thursday afternoon after playing phone tag with a GC for days to get an install date on a project and he says we will be ready for film in 2 weeks,. Ok thanks . Locked in for 2nd last week of November.
Friday 9:30 AM . Hey I just got a call from the Store to get the film we talked about yesterday. Yeah they pulled 100 feet of shelving and stock away from the glass LAST NIGHT so you can get to the glass TODAY.
