Front doors are cake. Just pop off corner speaker and the top of panel pulls back and just lift out gasket. Didn't do any other windows, but the rear door on the one we did had the pull-up blind so might be more of an issue, hopefully just pulls back at the top as well. Back 3 cargo area windows look straight forward.

They do need felt added on the door sweeps.

Have to fold down the rear seatbacks to tint rear glass because of integrated headrests, but we can't get the rear deck center seatbelt to unwind to put the seat back up. Anyone know how to unlock the belt so it will allow more belt to come out. Owners manual says it locks like that for child seat use and must be disengaged for normal use again, but they don't tell ya how to disengage it, at least I can't find it. Never had issues with any other years on the jetta with this.

Done the front doors on a few of these, but never the ones behind. Anyone have tips or issues doing the rear doors and back glass. Thanks.

Here is a great link about this issue. Worked for us. It does take some pulling. try to keep the light housing as close to the glass as possible I know its hard with your fingers between the housing and the glass. I slid one side down just a little, 1/8" maybe, then the next, back & forth till it came right off. http://www.diyaudi.c...nd_Install.html

Pretty straight forward vehicle. All 4 doors just pull back on the top (no screws) so you can lift out the sweep. Front doors have retainer pop at about 4" down up by the front mirror corner that helps if you pop it out. Need to have somone pull the ouside top of the rear door panel out just a bit so you can get the front corner of the panel to hook around the upright door frame when putting the panel back over the sweep, but other than that a pretty simple vehicle.
