If it’s been two weeks, I doubt another two weeks will rectify the issue. Ask him to redo it. When he removes the film, you-as a customer-inspect the glass to make sure that it isn’t your vehicle that’s causing the issue. Some of the newer cars have dual pane/laminated glass on the front doors. Suntek CXP shouldn’t do this. 

Ask for a redo. Spots are contamination the haze is from his slip solution. Maybe he grabbed the wrong bottle of stuff to spray film? Ive had that marked haze when I have grabbed ammonia spray for stripping instead of my slip app solution.

Water coming out of your faucet could have contaminants/sediment in it. Use a brita filter if you don’t have an r/o system. Use a razor blade on most glass for prep. Obviously not on rear windows with defrosters or sides with antennas in the glass. Make sure your bay is as still as can be, wind-wise. Tape any felt edges. Squeegee off the water and stay out of the very edge. Flush the edge from top to bottom. Make sure your peel board is clean too before removing the film liner.  

Also; I use generic baby shampoo from Walmart for my slip solution. Always have. 

this is a pretty neat car I did. It’s called a Holden from Australia. Was kinda like an Impala with a 6.2 in it.

Is that max pro film? Horrible material what ever it is. I believe if you want the installer to replace, shouldn’t be an issue. I believe this is a material issue due to clarity

Some stratos 50 sides 30 rear, with 50 on the roofs and 80 on the shield. They did add a cover for the amp but still ain't taking chances, lot of work in one little car.

That's one of the rare cases where having them sprayed is probably your best option. It can probably be done with film but I sincerely doubt it would be done well or in one piece.
