I talked to my credit card company about the dispute process. They said to make it a better case I should go to another tint shop and have them write a letter stating what is wrong, and why it should be fixed etc. I guess I'll search around for a well rated shop in the area, but if someone came into your guys' shops would you do that for them?

The chemical smell is pretty normal from the adhesive remover. Yeah you're best off there to just get the refund that's terrible.

Uh no I don't think it was you at the place I went...
As an update, they redid the back window, quarter window and miscut window. They did not do the other quarter window even though I asked them to since it has 11 bubbles. I'm still not impressed but I guess I'll give it a couple weeks and see if some of the trouble spots resolve.

What is sad is that the Llumar Select Pro dealer would let someone leave looking like that.

Needs to be redone. As for the dirt specs, they will always be there if you look, but shouldn't be too noticeable. If you are seeing a bunch of them, then I would show the shop.
