So in other words, you guys are tellin Midwest to close up shop?

If 50% is the law, we all know the customers will just drive to another state and get it tinted. The other shop isn't going to care what tint is on it if the car lives out of THEIR state.

So I can drive to Texas and get TTS to put some 5% on my rolldowns! :hmmm

Well, I know it happens now.

The boss has a waiver for owners w/ out of state tags to sign to tint to SC legal,(or as close as we get). We have alot of GA, & NC customers.

I also know that Minnesotans drive to Fargo, and Grand Forks, ND to my buddies shops to get their cars done.

FC most shops are tinting illegal in nd I have talked to the hp office and they have told me that they have picked up 10 times as many illegal tints now that the law has changed. Would like to see fines for the Customer of upwards to $10,000 and for the shop the same this will smarten up some of these wise arses in a hurry. Hit em where it hurts!!!!!!! :lol
