FX, so you need to cut the tint a little differently when doing a visor on the newer, modern cars since they have a factory curve to them? Annnd, I'm guessing if it is curved and the visor is big enough, you'd have to wet shrink the film first before installing?

you dont have to cut the factory edge at all, just measure down from the roof line on each corner to make sure both sides are the same length from the roof line to the bottom of the eyebrow and cut the top edge from the roll and then trim the top.... the factory edge will lay out to a "curve" on the glass...... and its not something that specific for a modern vehicle, I just think the "sleekness" of the look caters to the newer stream lined cars, the cut that TD is referring to looks better, in my opinion, on muscle cars and trucks :spit
