The shop IS RESPONSIBLE for their employee's. 99% of the time they make you money. 1% of the time they cost you money. If it goes to 2, 3 or 4%, then we have loud discussions.

in a business sense whos the more dumberer one.... the oaf of an hourly employee who's just there to make a buck caring less about the company, or the owner who should care more about the company as its his name and reputation financial well being on the line, directly linked to his bussiness sense...(that includes staffing).

regardless who pays for it..... the bus. owners the one who's left looking like an ass.

would you take your baby to a shop based on a referal like this?

"I got my windows tinted. BLAH BLAH BLAH Tint Shop did it. yeah they did a great job,not a flaw in the whole tint job, filed edges, used only the best "lifetime warr. film" , they cut a big ol hole in the seat though. guy was really professional and replaced my seat, right away. I could have done without that hassle."

pontential cust. just heard....BLAH BLAH BLAH Tint shop, cuts holes in peoples seats.

I agree with the three strikes.... get em on paper though. you wont have to pay unemployment if you end up firing him for his own stupidity and its documented.

and I say that depends on the situation too.

Long time employee makes a big mistake.. mmmm ok

New employee makes big mistake ...mmmm. :lol2

I guess there has to be a profit to loss margin even with employees, and a line not to be crossed.
