Had one the other day at one of my old dealers a friggin CTS

Spent 30 minutes with the picky bastard asking questions and told the sales manager that I thought I would pass on the car

I didnt think there was any way to please the guy

anyway to make a long story short I did it

the guy got pissed at his salesman because they wouldnt come off another 600 on the car and left it there

I STILL GET PAID though :DD

to take a job you know you cant win, cuz the customer is an idiot, is not running a biz properly.

theres much more to being a self employed tinter than just tinting.

thats as ignorant as saying cheap film lowers my overhead.

either way, in the long run your just looking at an unnecessary headache, without a referral.

A smart businessman should be able to recognise a potential problem before it arises and take the appropriate action to avoid confrontation later on.

No one gets it on 100% perfect all the time and in the past, history has proven to me that when a customer lays down the law before you've even seen the car, then you more than likely can be in for grief. It's their personality trait! Their car is more important than anything in their life whilst they are inspecting it.

I can do without that. I could only hope he ends up at DP's workshop and I'd like to be a fly on the wall when he inspects the job and searches for those microscopic tiny specks and wants a redo. :thumb

A bod like this will crash your 14 a day somewhat! :rollin

The guy had it done elsewhere on Monday......mentioned nothing of whom did it nor did I ask.

I just know I saved my arse.

It's no loss because on the same day he was to have it done next week, I get another referral to do the same car and the people are driving 200 miles to have it done from way up in the country. :lol6
