Ive been setting up my new shop, and moving everything, sooo havent checked in in a while, sorry.

I use the tinttek program,I have used a couple of others, but have had the best success with the one I have now.

I demoed a Tintek about 3 years ago and it was used on a 99 Camaro. I just did the side windows and the patter left a large gap on the rear edge of the glass. The cut didn't even line up along the top or rear curved edge of the glass.

I have had to start fileing all of the patterns that are plotter cut because the edge does not meet our shop standards.

I am not useing a Tintek and have the same problems with the one I use. Although there are a few patterns that come out with clean lines, those patterns save us time, but if the glass has to be filed then there really isn't much time savings between hand cutting and plotter cutting.
