I was at a store that provides a basic service and at the front counter they have a jar marked "tips".

and I have been given tips in the past, but most people dont think about it, so why not have a little reminder

I have one on my cart... problem is the customers arent allowed in the shop. And the other guys take from it for their coffee.

I charge what I want ... I wouild feel guilty if I put one out ..if a customer REALLY likes what you've done for them..a tip jar won't be needed as a reminder

I think it would also make you look greedy in some customers eyes
