Hi,

I got a qoute for these films, and I was wondering if you had any comments on them. The HO ceramic is more expensive by $50-75$ + 1hour drive.

Checking the specs of these films, I find both to be close in TSER, and overall performance. Though, the ceramics seem to be slightly darker. Both tint places have a good reputation, found their info online via forums.

So, overall, what do you guys think about it?. Which one do you prefer?- Any comments on the films? Are there any incredibly big differences bet. them?.

The main reason for tints:

1. Heat rejection

2. Looks, etc. etc....

Which films are you comparing? :)

If your goal is heat rejection then the HO Ceramic 30 will perform better than the Prestige 40.

They both perform well.

Prestige has less reflectivity.

So it comes down to what you feel "looks" best.

Either will reject more then enough heat to improve the comfort inside of your vehicle drastically while you're driving with the a/c on.

Thx for replies,

For two reasons going with prestige. It is closer than the HO dealer, and $75-$100 cheaper..... Going to a place called samstinting.com in NY.
