Do all Tinters bite the corner to get it started

This is as old as tint isnt it ,always slightly bite the corner .Well I know a guy who changed brands once and on his first day his lips feel funny and goes to the mirror and his lips are all swollen LOL . I didnt mention any brands ??????

Only if it's a scrap laying up on the table from a previous job doing a quarter and I don't want any surprises. I slide and flick with a new snapped off usually.

I always bite... Fastest way for me.. never had any adverse reactions, but I'm sure somewhere down the line we'll hear about how the glue causes cancer or something.....

one flick with my thumb nail when it's on the peeler board glass on the wall

I use the tape method like they describe in the "gila" in structions!!!!

Thumbnail off the glass but I am a biter if I am picking up a scrap peace just to make sure which side is which.

I also bite to start a reverse roll when doing flat glass.
