Almost looks like film failure, but on the other hand it actually still looks like it is wet or not fully cured. When you rip it off let me know how it goes lb55, I bet there isnt to much adhesive left on the glass when u take it off. Try first just ripping it off the window with no steamer or anything it looks like the film that I learned with. Concord. Let me know tho, be funny if someones using that stuff out there.
