Busted for 5% in AZ

I can see just fine out of my 5%. Now the 2 layers of 5% is dark which I don't have but I can see okay out of the 5%. The 5% over factory also seems pretty dark but still okay enough that I don't mind it. I had 20% over the factory privacy glass and honestly I could see out of it at night with no lights really behind me. I could have tinted the windshield with it and been just fine. Not that I would do it but I could have and seen out fine. It didn't seem that dark at all.

5% is way to dark at knight and you cant see a thing.
