Finally had a chance to use the drds15 today, I must say

the film is very nice I really like the color and the customer

loved it! The only problem I had was curling, the film

kept lifting off the windows, next time I will try reducing

slip bit it's the same slip in my tank I use with madico

without curling. I must say it's due to being rolled

liner out. Why can't manu's get it right and roll all

auto film liner out And resi film liner in. Atleast that's

the way I like it!

I hhave not used much ST film but what has been used went up fine with no curling. A few years back we had a problem with some global silver. The shiat drove me nuts

How does ultravision compares with DRDS? What are the key differences?

their ultravision is their spectrally select film line. the numbers are pretty great for a film that a fraction of others spectral.

I havent tried any of it for flatglass but ive used the uvps75 on a windshield and it shrinks great

the ultravision 40 has great specs and very low int/ext reflectivity. The drds has a brown hue that I hear many compare to llumar DR and has very low interior reflectance but has exterior reflectance just like your average daul reflective film. They are both nice lines imo

although the UV is a spectra select film it still has metal in it just very low reflectivity with high specs so they can call it a specrally selective film.

I've seen shops market it as a ceramic film
