I woulda asked if he wanted the new windows before he installed them ?

It shoulda read "I woulda sked if they wanted the new windows tinted before being installed" since the contracotr guy gouged up her windows, I am guessing he will have to replace them.

What you learn about window tinting over the years is that you have to have all the boxes ticked before you even get the nod for the job.

This you didn't do that correctly but then again you are relatively new to the business going by your age.

If I had of been there bidding and whilst checking out the magnificent view, I would have mentioned that it might be a good idea that once you get the windows tinted, you'd better arange a window cleaner to do the outside in order to take advantage of the new film on the inside.
