On the fly....

Recommended Posts

so this morning I had to do 3 large window 8'x10'...nasty buggers. I got to thinking on how I can pull this off with just me. After I installed the first piece, reverse Roll, I put the second one up and got it ready, trimmed it, yadadaydaydaydyadya. Afterwards I though to myself there has to be an easier way. So on the next two windows I installed the first piece and without even putting the second piece up against the glass, I layed it out, cut it to length and pulled the liner back and sprayed and got it ready to install ( I put the liner back just incase you want to harp on me for that). The first time it touched the glass was when it was being installed, trimmed 2 sides and I was done. Cut my normal install time down by quite a bit for the total job. Unsure if this is how some people do it.
