I quit smoking and used the gum for a long time, but now you can't buy any nicotine gum without artificial sweeteners so it was back to the cigs.

i quit smoking back before thanksgiving. I got one of those electronic cig's. It has been a life saver too. It's been almost 4 months since i had a real cig, and I am to the point now were i don't even use my e-cig that much.

Way to go on quiting. Hope you can make it. The first month is the worst. Having my e-cig really helped with the hand to mouth thing for me.
