so Stan I thought I'd see you at the confrence for sure. Did you not go?

No I didn't go but will be at SEMA. Me and the owner of film mag don't get along real good. :blink: I ran a lot of adds with them years ago and after the third issue and not one phone call I a contacted them and canceled the contract agreeing to pay the difference between the contract cost and regular cost of the adds that had been ran. Next issue the adds (full page) came out again in all their mags and when I contacted them again I was told yes that we did agree on that and I had paid but did I have it in writing! That is when I learned not to do business without having things in writing!! Sued me and won lots of money!!! :lol2

      South facing windows DR film

      Install went great. I went with NV-25, I am very happy. The room has been darkened significantly, from bright and hot to much more pleasant and enjoyable. Watching TV during the day is no longer blinding, when it is cloudy it is definitely a bit gloomy, I am glad I did not go with NV-15. I plan on getting more windows done in the future to help cut down on heat energy. Thanks for everyone's input!

      Stratos 70 on windshield, what is this?

      Captain Obvious has two cents err senses to share: 1) The film should be removed and replaced, because it appears to have adhesive blemishes that shouldn't be there, and 2) The film should be reviewed/inspected once taken from the roll to avoid losing time and resources due to manufacturing issues. Little pieces not so much, but back glass and windscreen pieces ... definitely.

      I switched so long ago... first to KDS but they went away. NT are great though. I use a piece of white strapping material as a cutting buffer between the blade and glass. Some use a button but I didn't like the feel..
