Struggling with Frameless rollups

I would love to see the steps in the subscriber section. I am having a hard time shaving windows and I would like to figure it out thanks in advanced.

What do you do about the front edge that is tucked in and behind the mirror mount cover? If you are leaving the film large in prep for a shave, there is no way that edge pattern is going to be uniform and/or tucked towards the front. I've only seen videos and had to retint several shaved installs on dealer trade ins. Never seen it done in person so I can personally eye f%&* the work for an accurate opinion.

I cut it like this if im shaving a framed door. its just enough that its not an act of god to get real far in there with a file. I use these as a guide to center the pattern and its like a micro edge for the 1/4" on each side
