Does anyone have a good Vehicle Inspection Form they could share for when the custy drops off their car.

Hmm, Good idea. What I do is, Before the customer leaves, I walk around the car and point out any scaratches or such, and right there and then I make sure all the windows work.

Using inspection forms is all well an good until you miss something; so while noting on paper be sure you accompany it with digital photos. Whether or not you save them is between you and the camera.

Thanks guys for the input, I do walk around with the custy , take time/ date stamped digital pics, the form makes up part of the arsenal I fill out and give back to the custy at the end of the job to reinforce that we knew about pre-existing damage - and for the dealers and custys that drop off and run before a walk around can happen.

So.. anyone??

I don't use them, but maybe if you went to a local body repair shop or rental car store, they might give you a copy of the ones they use.
