Made a corny sprayer

Recommended Posts

I finally broke down and made a sprayer for just over $40. A friend of mine works for Pepsi, and had an extra keg laying around so he gave it to me. All I had to buy was the disconnect, hose, and handle. Here are some pics :cool

Valve stem (already had in a drawer)

Liquid Disconnect

Chapin sprayer handle from menards with 20ft 3/8in braided hose.

Final product. Just need to add a gauge

Nice, Call these guys, they might have a over-pressure release valve. So it will release the air/pressure over 125psi. Its the same valve that 44tools have on their 3 gallon ss tank. http://www.homebrewing.org/5-Gallon-Cornelius-Keg-Ball-Lock_p_70.html

I think this is the valve, but I could be wrong. http://www.eckraus.com/pressure-relief-valve-soda-keg.html

You don't need a gauge, that's just something else to break. There is already a pressure release valve in your lid (I'm sure you already know that). Just air it up till it's full and start hosin! :thumb

So, once you fill it up with water and JJ, how do you go by making sure it is mixed? Or does it get mixed when putting air in it? Thanks.
