Unless we are Steve or Ralph we will never know the full story here. I have purchased film from Ralph and spoke to him on several occasions and always felt good about doing business with him. Hope it all works out for Ralph and Steve.

I have used Flexfilm for over a year. Although I have not had any issues with the product, Ralph has become distant and secretive. I have to wonder if I have made a mistake choosing to install these products. Panaflex 70 that I install now does not seem to be keeping out the heat like the first few boxes of the product did.

Don't waste your time. If your not interested in buying he won't waste time on you. No samples just lots of snake oil and hard sales gimics. Also know of two people who used him and then he sold to there neighbors so he has no interest in seeing your business suceed, just his. Just about sales sales sales. I even offered to buy a roll to try but need a nice discount and nope his product is magical and better than all the rest. Lol
