Been using slime since the time it came out and love it. When you guys use dish soap just remember the adhesive primarily used on film we use is a vegetable based product and your using a product with degreasers that break down vegetable products because its designed to clean dishes not apply film. This can make for some premature adhesive failure with any brand of film.

Sounds pretty high but some of the UK suppliers are dealing with a heck of a vat for imports.

That's right, a sign of distress. Evidently he had it up there by mistake but some display it that way because of the current state of our country. All too often I see folks assume it's an anti-American symbol.
