I got a rangler 1200 watt heat gun just bought it would that be hot enough and what would be the best way to shrink the film

Go on YouTube and start watching some videos. There are tons up there. Buy some cheap film,find a easy car to shrink. Do it over and over and over again. Be prepared to throw that entire roll away. In a few years of doing cars for friends and family at next to nothing prices you may get good enough to charge an OK price. It doesn't happen overnight though. This is something that will take many years of practice. I'm not trying to be hard on you but that's the bottom line.

I'm not sure how those two would relate but OK. There's also stans dvds, and training course that are great options. May could get a tint shop to hire you as a clean up guy and get training (probably unlikely).
